Wisconsin Financial Services is a family-run company that has always been a dream business of ours, and work-in progress, and it has continued to develop over the years. In January 2009, our dream came true. We started out very modestly in De Forest with just two offices and a reception area offering income tax services to our community. Our main goal was, and still is, to offer an affordable service for our neighbors, all while providing excellent customer care. Although our company was initially created as an income tax office, we have definitely branched out to incorporate many other services.
As the tax season started to come to an end, we began to shift our attention towards insurance, notary, and debt consolidation services. We wanted to establish ourselves, and our company, as a well-rounded financial marketplace; a place where the public could receive great advice about their current financial situations, as wells as future ones. Within less than a year, thanks to all of our loyal customers from all areas of our services, we were able to grow into a bigger office suite in De Forest to accommodate the needs of our clients. To show our gratitude we have held grand opening celebrations every summer, in honor of our customers, consisting of music, prizes, food, and fun activities for the kids. We owe a lot of our success and stability to their trust in us. We value our customers and their continued dedication to follow us wherever we go. In addition, our family has felt a strong responsibility to give back and to stay proactive in the community.
We do our best to stay connected with the members in our area by interacting with people on our Facebook page, participating in various causes and charity events, and holding free one-on-one consultations in our offices. We feel that these channels of communication not only allow us the opportunity to get to know our customers, but our neighbors as well, and for them to get to know who we are. Our company, our family, is proud to contribute a service that helps families and individuals in our own community. We have come a long way in such a short amount of time, and we know that we have even more to offer in the years ahead.
